Job Purpose
The Manager, CEO Office at Esports World Cup is responsible for overseeing protocol, secretarial duties, and executive assistance to ensure the efficient operation of the CEO’s office. This role will manage the CEO’s schedule, communication, and office administration, providing seamless executive support while maintaining high levels of professionalism and confidentiality.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, prioritizing appointments, and coordinating logistics.
Oversee email correspondence, ensuring timely follow-ups and organization of critical communications.
Assist in travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings.
Prepare agendas, reports, and presentations for executive meetings.
Maintain a structured system for document management, approvals, and office records.
Draft and proofread official letters and correspondence in Arabic and English.
Ensure that all documents comply with official regulatory and business communication standards.
Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships.

Job requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Years of Experiences
Minimum 8 years in executive assistance, office management, or similar roles.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent technical letter writing skills in Arabic & English.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High-level discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to engage with senior executives.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills to support the CEO efficiently.
