Role location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia


Job Purpose: As the Manager HR Operations your role is overseeing the efficient and effective administration of HR processes and systems, ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. This role is responsible for providing operational support to the HR team and delivering excellent service to employees.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Oversee HR data management and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Manage HRIS systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Process payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
  • Oversee the job offer process and ensure smooth coordination
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and compliance.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related information and support.
  • Conduct HR audits and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Manage HR budgets and resources effectively.
  • Handle GOSI, MUQEEM, and QIWA systems for employee documentation.
  • Provide salary certificates.
  • Manage medical insurance processes.
  • Oversee work visa issuance, Iqama issuance and renewal, and exit/reentry issuance.


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent.
  • 6+ years of experience in human resources


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures.
  • Proven experience in overseeing payroll operations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience of working in KSA.
  • Good understanding of KSA labor law
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
