Job Purpose
As the Manager of Organizational Development & Learning, you will lead and implement strategic learning and development initiatives while driving organizational development efforts. This role is key in enhancing employee skills, engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness by delivering impactful training programs and establishing a structured learning academy.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and organizational development strategy aligned with the foundation’s goals.
Design, develop, and if needed personally deliver training programs to enhance employees' skills and capabilities across all levels of the organization.
Establish and lead a structured training academy, ensuring employees have access to continuous learning opportunities.
Conduct organizational assessments and needs analysis to identify learning and development opportunities.
Develop and implement leadership development programs tailored to different levels of the organization.
Facilitate team-building and collaboration initiatives to improve team performance.
Coach and mentor employees to support their career growth and professional development.
Oversee performance management processes and provide coaching to managers.
Develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational transformation.
Evaluate training effectiveness by analyzing impact metrics and adjusting learning initiatives accordingly.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with other departments to align training and development with business objectives.
Develop and implement different types of Internships, COOP, and Graduate Training Programs to ensure investing in young talents and developing a ready pipeline of talents.
Develop and support in the designing and implementation of the ERP performance management process.
Manage training requirements and processes required by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and ensure compliance with the KSA Labor law.
Develop and review comprehensive Learning and Development policy to support driving organizational development.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Human Resources.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong experience in designing, delivering, and facilitating training programs.
Ability to build and lead a corporate training academy.
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Ability to analyze data and measure training effectiveness.
Strong understanding of organizational development theories and practices.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and drive a learning culture across the organization.
Fluent in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
Saudi National with a strong understanding of the local market and culture.
