Role location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Purpose: As the Manager of Procurement your primary mission is to manage day-to-day procurement operations, ensuring efficient and compliant procurement processes

Duties and Responsibilities

• Implement procurement policies, procedures, and processes.

• Manage procurement requests and purchase orders.

• Conduct supplier research and selection for assigned categories.

• Negotiate contracts and purchase agreements within defined parameters.

• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues.

• Conduct supplier audits and evaluations.

• Analyze procurement data and generate reports.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet procurement needs.

• Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and policies.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in administration, Supply Chain, or equivalent.

• 6+ years in supply chain, procurement, or similar role.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong understanding of procurement processes and systems.

• Experience in supplier management and contract negotiation.

• Analytical skills for data analysis and reporting.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Experience working on high-volume

• Fluent in English and Arabic.
