Role location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Purpose: As the Senior Specialist HR Operations role, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient administration of HR processes and systems. This position ensures compliance with labor laws and organizational policies while delivering exceptional service and employee experience to employees and leaders whilst supporting the HR team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems.

• Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and compliance checks.

• Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR-related information and assistance.

• Assist in conducting HR audits and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Prepare basic HR reports and metrics for team use.

• Manage medical insurance processes and coordinating with relevant providers.

• Manage Government portals, MOHSD, GOSI, MOFA, COC, Muqeem, visa applications, Iqama issuance and renewals, and exit/reentry processes.

• Support HR Projects and company events.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent.

• 4+ years of experience in human resources

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Good understanding of HR processes and procedures.

• Proven experience in overseeing payroll operations.

• Proficiency in HRIS systems and data management (system implementation as nice to have)

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Prior experience of working in KSA.

• Good understanding of KSA labor law

• Fluent in English and Arabic.
