Job Purpose

The Senior Specialist, Workplace Experience is responsible for ensuring a seamless employee experience through effective onboarding, HR operations, and engagement with government entities. The role will play a key part in handling HR government portals, supporting visa and immigration processes, coordinating onboarding logistics, and providing administrative support for HR projects and company events.

Duties & Responsibilities

HR Operations & Government Relations

  • Manage and process transactions through HR government portals, including GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, and others.

  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, visa regulations, and immigration requirements.

  • Coordinate with third-party service providers such as embassies, visa issuance offices, and vendors

    Onboarding & Employee Experience

  • Oversee the onboarding process, including housing, accommodation, and relocation support for new employees.

  • Ensure smooth processing of work permits, residency permits, and visa renewals.

  • Act as a point of contact for new hires, providing assistance with necessary documentation and settling-in processes.

    Technology & HR Systems

  • Utilize SAP or other ERP systems to manage employee records and HR processes.

  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of employee information in HR databases.

    HR Projects & Events

  • Support HR initiatives, company events, and broader HR activities to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.

  • Assist in the implementation of HR projects related to workplace experience and operational efficiency.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years in a similar HR operations or workplace experience role.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong experience with Saudi HR government portals (GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, etc.).

  • Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems.

  • Understanding of visa processing, immigration laws, and HR compliance.

  • Business & Soft Skills:

  • Excellent command of English and Arabic, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams.

  • Tech-savvy, capable of using HR systems and tools efficiently.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
