Job Purpose

The Senior Manager, Guest Management at the Esports World Cup Foundation (EWCF) will be responsible for overseeing and executing world-class guest experiences for VIPs, stakeholders, and global dignitaries attending EWCF events. This role requires a strategic leader who can represent the organization on a global stage, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, government entities, and international partners.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive guest experience strategies, ensuring top-tier hospitality for high-profile attendees.

  • Coordinate with government bodies, esports organizations, and corporate partners to align guest management efforts with diplomatic and industry objectives.

  • Work closely with media and PR teams to ensure EWCF’s messaging aligns with governmental priorities and international diplomacy efforts.

  • Lead a team to manage all aspects of VIP and guest services, including logistics, security, protocol adherence, and personalized experiences.

  • Oversee the development of event hospitality programs, including accommodations, transportation, and exclusive engagements.

  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders to promote esports as a strategic vehicle for economic, technological, and diplomatic initiatives.

  • Manage on-site operations during events, ensuring seamless execution of guest programs.

  • Serve as a spokesperson for EWCF, representing the organization in global media, industry forums, and diplomatic engagements.

Job requirements

Education

Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Event Management, Hospitality, Public Relations, or a related field.

Years of Experiences

8+ years of experience in guest management, government relations,  event operations, or high-level hospitality services, preferably in esports, entertainment, or global events.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic & English.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Exceptional public speaking and representation skills, with the ability to engage global audiences and media.

  • Strong diplomatic acumen to navigate international relations and governmental interactions.

  • Expertise in high-end guest services, hospitality operations, and VIP protocol management.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

  • Deep understanding of the esports industry, global gaming trends, and its strategic role in economic and technological advancement.

  • Ability to work under pressure, ensuring top-tier guest experiences in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience working with government entities, VIP stakeholders, and diplomatic organizations is a plus.
